Do's & Don'ts

Do

use serif headings (Noto Serif) for page titles and section headers to convey formality
design for data density -- enterprise users expect to see many records per screen
provide inline editing in data tables to reduce navigation steps in workflows
include bulk actions (select all, batch update, export) on all data table views
support keyboard navigation throughout, especially in data-heavy table interfaces
include clear breadcrumbs and page titles so users always know their location in the system

Don't

use bright or playful colors; maintain the navy-gray palette for professional credibility
use rounded corners larger than 8px -- formal interfaces demand restrained geometry
hide critical workflow actions behind context menus alone -- provide visible button groups
use animations longer than 200ms -- enterprise tools must feel instant and responsive
